First 400 Masks Donated on May 8th!!!

Last week we reached a big milestone just a little over a month from starting this! Because of all of your help, hard work, sewing skills, last week we were able to donate 400 masks!  I have attached a few pictures! Thank you all so much for helping us get to this first big donation!

We donated 200 of our medical fabric masks to the VA San Diego and 200 masks to the Health Center Partners of Southern California. They were extremely excited and gracious for these masks and asked to extend the message to all our volunteers. I asked them to send us pictures if they can of their healthcare workers wearing our masks! We'll send them along when we receive any!

Right now, we have roughly 45 kits being sewn which after we receive and donate them to the healthcare facilities (next week) will put us at a total of about 1,500 masks donated - 30% of the way to our goal of donating 5,000 masks in just a few weeks!
